• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment at arrival (cash only).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Very quiet and romantic apartment.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No private terrace. There is a common terrace and a common courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Common balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning. There is a ventilator.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No. The parking is free on the road from 6pm till 8am.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many rent car in the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Budapest Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Oktogon Station 200 mts.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
