• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price included the buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 4 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private, there are quiet rooms which open to garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Several rooms equipped with terrace, open to a quiet garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of rooms / apartments epuipped with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are non smoking rooms / apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms / apartments equipped with TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Most of rooms / apartments equipped air conditioning. For this there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The hotel has Interenet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not swimming pool in the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has covered garage, and parking place too.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ferihegy 2 Airport BUD.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can order taxi for the guests and it is not free service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Keleti Pályaudvar" East Railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The hotel has sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our elegant, with extremely highbrow designed restaurant with the capacity of hosting 110 guests is expanded with a grill terrace on summer days. With its Hungarian and international choice of food and wide range of drinks it is an appropriate place for weddings, parties and other family and business reunions. On Fridays there is Party with music.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The guest can use their note book in the hall and they can use Internet machine.
