  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Rates are per room. Guests can pay cash in Euro, US Dollar or Forint.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    It is not included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, French and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    4 floors and 2 lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Most of rooms.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes. All rooms on the 2nd floor are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, Satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Wi-Fi broadband connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ask at reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Budapest Ferihegy.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes (fee).

  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Our guests can use the fitness center and sauna at Residence Izabella free of charge.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.

    Yes, Zebrano Restaurant, Budapest most surprising lifestyle venue; the only smart bar & restaurant in town with it's own hotel.
