• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 13 floors and 2 elevators in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is no terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have non smoking rooms/apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms feature TV with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is direct dial phone in the rooms/apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are air conditioned free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is wireless Internet access in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  An indoor swimming pool is available free of charge from Tuesday to Sunday 8 am - 8 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Secure parking directly at the hotel is free of charge.
  Underground garage is also available at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The staff of the reception is at your disposal to organize car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Budapest Ferihegy International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can order shuttle service to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Déli pályaudvar (railway staion).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There are an indoor swimming pool(12 x 10 m), sauna, jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately pets are not accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. During summer months guests are welcome to dine on the Grill Terrace.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
