• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the price includes the buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Italian, Russian and Hungarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we have one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV with international channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there are mobile air-conditioners. The guests can ask it at the reception.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have an indoor swimming pool. It is open from 8am to 8pm every day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available in the garden of the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our receptionist will help you rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ferihegy Airport in Budapest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have free tarnsfer to/from the downtown twice a day. You can ask a pick-up service from and to the airport also, or you can order the Airport Minibus.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Nyugati pályaudvar.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a Fitness Club.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are two restaurants: the Lido Restaurant and the Bowling Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
