• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is always included and is in a buffet style.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Russian, Hungarian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors. We don't have any elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  This hotel has only quiet and romantic rooms with a nice panorama on the Danube.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite television.

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, there is no swimming pool.

  Ferihegy I and II terminal.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can give you a shuttle or pick up service to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Keleti PU.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, the nearest fitness center is only 700 m from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome at the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, it is open between 11.30 and 23.00 o'clock.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can use the internet at the reception free of charge.
