• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room/night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our full buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Russian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors in the building, and we have two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms in modern contemporary style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms have no terraces or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, our rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have smoking and non-smoking rooms as well.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we have Satellite TV with international channels in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, our rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all of our rooms are air conditioned. There is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we offer high speed Internet access in our rooms, and WIFI availibility in the lobby area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have a swimming pool, but the famous Gellért bath is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an underground garage at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception is ready to assist you with car renting.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Budapest Ferihegy I - II.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We provide it on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the East Railways Station (3 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have fitness center in our hotel, but we can recommend many nearby facilities.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have a cosy snack bar & café.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
