• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price as apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Japanese and Hungarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 3 floors, but our apartments are set on the 1st floor, there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV and we have 40 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our car rental service is door to door, so our customers get the car at the door.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is International Airport Ferihegy 1.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Nyugati station (west station).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you will find Internet Cafe at 200 m from the property.
