- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All prices are given per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is included in the price. We offer our guests a rich buffet breakfast which they can take in our János Reastaurant. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Of course you can settle the room bill on arrival. In this case you only have to pay the exrtas at you departure time (like internet use, minibar, etc.) You can pay by cash or a credit card. We accept the following currencies apart from HUF: USD, EUR, GBP, NOK, CHF, SEK, CAD. The following credit cards are accepted: EC/MC, VISA, AMEX, DC, JCB. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
The hotel has multilangual staff. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are six floors in the buildind and there is an elevator to serve our guests comfort. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are private, there are some rooms facing the backyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Unfortunatly our rooms do not have terraces. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
There are no rooms in our hotel with balconies. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
On one floor of the hotel there are only non smoking rooms and there are some more on other floors.
- Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All rooms have a TV with international chanals. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All the rooms are equipped with a direct dialing telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There are some rooms with air conditioning. The use of that is not seasonal but it has an extra cost. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is a Business Point in the hotel which can be used on an extra cost. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The hotel does not have an own swimmingpool. - Is parking or garage available?
The hotel has a closed parking place which has an extra cost. - Where can we rent a car?
The receptionists are happy to help you with your car rental. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Ferihegy I. and II. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
The hotel does not have an own pick up service but we can help the guests to arrange a transfer. You should ask for this at the time of reservation. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is the Déli Pályaudvar (south Railway Station) but there is a direct bus coming almost up to the hotel from the Keleti Pályaudvar (east Railway Station). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is no fitness center in the hotel. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome with an extra charge. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Our restaurant "János Étterem" welcomes all our guests with excellent hungarian dishes and famous wines of the best Hungarian oenologists. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
There are some rooms where you can use your modem. Please ask about that at the time of reservation.
