• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, guests can pay by arrival as well.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Hungarian, English, German, French, Portugese and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet, some overlooking the courtyard, others the street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have several non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are TVs with some international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in each room. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet is available at the Reception, for extra fee.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, nearby. Daily fee is payable.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Budapest- Ferihegy (BUD)17 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. On request, we can book a taxi or bus service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Keleti Pályaudvar (700 m).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, extra fee payable!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Pilvax Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
