  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    In our Hotel the price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The breakfast is included in the price and we have buffet breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill can be settled on arrival or departure. All extra services have to be paid on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The hotel has multilingual staff.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors and all can be reached by elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are quiet and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Our rooms do not have any terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Our rooms do not have any balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The hotel has 2 non smoking floors.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have a TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Every room has direct telephone lines.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are airconditioned with no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Wireless internet can be used in the rooms of the hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    The Hotel doesn't have swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    The Hotel doesn't have own parking place or garage, but in the neer there are many opportunities to resolve the parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The hotels' reception desk offers car rental facilties.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Ferihegy Airport I and II.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    There is no hotel pick up, but any special requests can be answered at the moment of the reservation.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is the Nyugati Pályaudvar (west Railway station) located at 300 m from the hotel on foot.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    The hotel has a fitness room with a 4 person big Jacuzzi, a running pad, an Infra-Sauna and gimnastical machine.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The Hotel has restaurant in the property and it is called: Cotton Club.
    It contains:
    Restaurant - live music every evening
    Orpheum hall - Revue Shows at the weekends
    Cigar hall
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Modem can be connected in all rooms, and can use the Wireless network.
