• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our hotel provides buffet breakfast that is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on departure. All extra services have to be paid on departure as well for which guarantee can be taken on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The hotel has multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors in the building that can be reached by 4 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There is a quad in the hotel where our silent rooms face to.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The hotel has got not any terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balcony belongs to the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are 111 non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The guests can find TV in each room with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned all year long with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet can be used at cost in the Lobby. Every room has Internet access that is not free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not any swimming pool in the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has a private guided deep garage (fee).
• Where can we rent a car?
  The hotel's concierge desk offers car rental facilities.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Budapest-Ferihegy.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The hotel has a Hotel Taxi Service on request (fee).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Keleti Pályaudvar (Eastern Railway Station) that is 500 m far from the hotel (5 minutes on foot).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the hotel the guests can find the Bora Bora Wellness Center with a little gym, several kinds of saunas, solarium, etc.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The hotel has 2 restaurants. The Beatrix and Fiaker Restaurants welcome the guests next to the Lobby area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Modem can be connected in all rooms (fee).
