• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Hot and cold buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but not practical because of the extras (Phone, minibar etc.)
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors. Yes, we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the upper floors, and the rooms opening to the court and the side street are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, half of the rooms are for non-smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a tv in each room with satelite programs and pay tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, the rooms are air conditioned. No extra charge.
  It is seasonal, in winter it heats.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet corner in the lobby.
  Wireless connection in the rooms, but a device has to be rent at the reception if you are going to use your own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage is available in limited number, so reservation is necessary. Safe public parking place: 100 mts.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ferihegy Airport (BUD) 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Taxi transfer is awailable. You are waited at the airport with a name sign and taken to the hotel by car.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nyugati Station: 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a fitness room, sauna and massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the Káldy Cellar Restaurant, with Hungarian specialities, live gipsy music and on the weekends folklore show.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, but you have to rent a device at the reception.
