• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We do not have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, but we do not differenciate smoking and non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not have air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a computer with internet access at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a small, closed parking lot, which is free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception desk can help you to arrange car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Budapest Ferihegy Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  You can take the Airport Minibus service directly to the hotel or we can arrange a taxi to pick you up for you (fee).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Keleti Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have breakfast service and a drinkbar. We can order food delivery or arrange reservation in the surrounding restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is a Dial-Up connection and its cost is the same as using the phone line.
