• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Italian and Hungarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 6 floors and 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Unfortunately they do not have terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms has balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The first floor is a non smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Our rooms are equipped with colour TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air conditioning (no extra charge), and our guests can change the temperature individually.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a small Business Corner and an Internet point at the Lobby Bar.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are 2 parkings nearby the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our receptionists can help you to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ferihegy International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have shuttle service, but we can help you to arrange your transfer from/to the Airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Keleti, just next to the hotel, 200 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a Fitness Room, Sauna and Massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome at extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have 2 restaurants Etna 2 with Italian specialities and
  Nilus with Mediterranean Specialities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can use the telephone line for surfing the Internet.
