  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Hungarian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors. We have elevator in the hotel.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have a non-smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The whole hotel is air conditioned at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we do have our in-house parking garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.

  Ferihegy Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have our own hotel car service.

  There is a sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, only a breakfast room and a drink bar.
