• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we have extensive buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but not necessary. The final payment is cash only. There is an ATM cash point 100 meters far from the hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors. We have no elevator as it is a 300 years old art relic building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are very quiet, despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city. Our apartment N.15 is often requested for honeymoons!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms do not have a private terrace, but the hotel has a very beautiful courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, please let us know about it, if you would like a non-smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms has cable TV for free with all the most important European channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are air conditioned. This service is also included the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have high speed Internet connection with a public computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, but it is located 200 meters from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ferihegy Airport (Budapest Airport).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes (on request - fee).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Deli Train Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a charmy restaurant 100 meters far from the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
