• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room and per night, including all taxes and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included in the price. Buffet-breakfast served from 7 until 11 a.m.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill at the time of check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and Hungarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel occupies the top 3 floors of a 6-storey building. 2 elevators are available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most rooms are facing the inner court and are ablsolutely quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non-smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have direct-dial phones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are eqipped with adjustable air-conditioning. No extra charge for the usage.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.

  Yes, the secure parking lot is behind the hotel building, extra price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the hotel reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  BUD / Budapest Ferihegy.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, please contact us with the details of your estimated time of arrival and flight number.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Keleti (Eastern) international train station, just accross the hotel building.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
