• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is always included in price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors (one floor for the breakfast room and three for the rooms) in our hotel and we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms face the garden, so most of them are quiet and peaceful.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Four of our rooms have one common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  About half of our rooms have their own balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All of our rooms are equipped with colour TV and they have also international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are equipped with direct dialling telephone.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a wireless system in our hotel that can be used free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in our garden for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nearest airport is Ferihegy Budapest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have our own shuttle service from the airport but the airport has one (airport minibus service) that is recommendable. They carry guests from the airport to all parts of Budapest.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Déli pályaudvar (Southern railway station) but Nyugati and Keleti (Western and Eastern) can also be reached quite easily.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sauna and infrasauna serve the comfort of our guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome in our hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  At the moment we serve only breakfast in our restaurant but if the guests require (and they let us know it in advance) we can also arrange lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  If you have a laptop you can use our wireless system (even from your own room) for free.
