• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price and it is all you can eat buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English is spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is on the 2nd floor and all can be reached by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms don't have courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms don't have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our romms are non smooking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a TV with some international channels
  in the lobby you can watch all of the channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the lobby there is an internet acess, for extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public parking place in front of the hotel,
  or secure parking for extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The receptionist can arrange car rental facilties.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ferihegy Airport I and II.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have own Airport Shuttle service, a most reliable airport pick-up company and they will drop you off at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Keleti Pályaudvar (Eastern Railway station) 6 stops away with Tram 24. The Nyugati Pályaudvar (west Railway station) is 7 stops away with Blue Line metro.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The hotel has not got fitness facilities.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not restaurant, we only have breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can not connect your modem.
