• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our room rates are per room or apartment. We have single and double room rates.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is not included if you book an apartment with kitchen.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The accommodation can be settled either on arrival or departure, all extra services have to be paid on departure for which guarantee is taken on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian and French is spoken at the front desk.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and an elevator is at the guests' disposal.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are private and quiet, since the hotel is located in a residential area in Buda. There are some romantic suits as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have terrace dirrectly to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and non smoking rooms as well.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in every room with satelite / international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct telephone connection to any landline or within the hotel.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In summertime the rooms are air-conditionned, there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Most of our rooms have internet accss, broadband or wireless. Next to the reception deskt here is an internet corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our new wellness-fitness centre is just opened on 1st May 2006, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and more sport and fitness acivities. Open every day 6-22.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has its own, covered garage, and other parking facilities around the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the front desk you will have professional assistance if you would like to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Budapest Ferihegy.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We cannot organise transfer. We can call a taxi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest main railway station is Deli (Southern) Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Our new wellness-fitness centre was opened on 1st May 2006. Fully equipped: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, aroma cabin, two gyms, aerobic room, bowling alleys, squash courts, sunbeds and differend kinds of massages.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant, a bar and a beer terrace in the main building.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In some of the rooms you can connect your modem, where internet connection is available.
