• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Hungarian, Russian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In both buildings the rooms are set on one floor only with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some car rental companies close by.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Budapest Ferihegy airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nyugati Pu.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can surf the Internet from some rooms only.
