• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price. Type is buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bills can be settle on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  First of all English and German but one person is speaking also Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and the groundfloor and we don't have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and privete and we have some romantic rooms also.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a beautiful view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  6 rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air conditioned. You don't have to pay extra for using it and it is not seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have internet point in our hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We don't have swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have several parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  If you want to rent a car our staff can help you which company is the best for you and after we order it and they take the car here to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ferihegy 1 and 2 are very near to each other and both are about 16-18 kms from our hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We don't have pick up service but we can suggest, organise and order for you.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Déli (southern station).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Our property don't have these things but in we can suggest you all very near to us.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We don't have restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect to the Internet in the rooms.
