• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 6pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes the breakfast, it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Hungarian, English and German are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has three floors, and there is an elevator in the house.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The hotel has quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms do not have terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel has non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  The nearest Airport is Ferihegy Airport, you can reach the hotel by Minibus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a pick up service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Keleti Railway station. From there you can reach Hotel Matus within 15 minutes by the underground (red line,line number 2)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is Sauna in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed in the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
