  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The buffet breakfast is included in the price. In case of early departure (before 7 am) cold breakfast is package available.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Bill can be payed upon arrival, during stay or at departure. Credit cards are pre-authorised at arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German (are spoken by all receptionists), and Italian, French, Spanish, Russian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    5 floors, 2 elevators,
    Important: The reception and the elevators are on the Mezzanine floor, and not on the ground floor. (not recommended for disabled or elderly People).
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Quiet rooms are available. Please mark your preference in the reservation.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some rooms have balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We have 31 non-smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Each room has TV with Satellite channels (news, sport).
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    From June until September, in 48 rooms we have air conditioning.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Public Internet Terminal, 30 minutes prepaid cards are available at the reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, we don't have. The closest and nicest Spa, the Gellert, is very close to the hotel.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking on the street or parking in nearby parking houses.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the reception available.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Budapest Ferihegy 1, 2A, 2B.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    The airport has a shuttle service. Hotel can arrange pick up by taxi, on request.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The 3 main stations(Keleti, Nyugati, Deli) are nearly the same distance (2km) away from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not available.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, one of the famoust Hungarian Restaurants, Matyas Pince.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Some rooms are covered by WiFi (HotSpot - provided by the Hungarian Telcommunications Co, works with prepaid cards).
