• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 10am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not provide breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills must be settled in euro on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian and Hungarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is situated on the first floor, there is a lift (building of 4 floors).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is set in a quiet building overlooking a pedestrian street beside the Opera House.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Apartment is non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are a lot of Internet Cafes closeby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage closeby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or at railway stations.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ferihegy-Budapest International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do at extra charge and on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railwasy station is Nyugati pal.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
