• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price of the buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment at departure by cash or by credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 2 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our superior apartments have balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are TV-s with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The receptionist puts the line throw to the guest.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All the rooms have wifi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a heated, open-air swimming pool. It is open all year around.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking space is provided.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Throw the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ferihegy I and II are within 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. The Guest can arrive via the Airport minibus service or we can order for him/her a taxi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Southern Railway station within 6 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes:. Gymnasium: aerobic, step, bodyshaping, pregnant exercises, yoga, backbone exercises
