• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per night. Taxes are included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included to the room rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled also on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian and Hungarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they are not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have small balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet connection is available and it is free of charge in the rooms and also in the public areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is no garage in the hotel, but safe parking is available within 100 meters from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception arranges car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Budapest-Ferihegy Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. The hotel arranges airport shuttle.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is West Railway Station (Nyugati Pályaudvar).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The hotel offers a wellness room with Jacuzzi and sauna for the guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  Dogs and cats (under approx. 5-8 kg) are welcome at extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
