• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are given per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, French and Hungarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we have one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are spacious and quiet, most of them has a view to our lovely courtyard which makes them romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms do not have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have 2 rooms with balcony, facing to the street.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non-smoking and smoking rooms also.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have satellite TV in every of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, our rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have some rooms with air conditioning, there is no extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  As we have Internet connection in every room, we do not have Internet point at the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a garage 50 meters from the hotel. It has an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception we can help you in this matter.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ferihegy Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organize airport shuttle by taxi or minibus.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Nyugati Railway Station (1 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we do not have restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Internet connection in every room, so you can use your lap top.
