• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our hot and cold buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Hungarian, English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The direct dial telephone is available only in the apartments. You can buy a public card telephone at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in each room, it is free of charge and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Two ADSL connenction points are available for our guests with own notebooks, it is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is at 300 metres from our Hotel a public sport area with swimming pool (indoor and outdoor). It is open every day from 6am till 8 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available, it is free of charge and it is for 150 cars and 10 buses.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you with car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Budapest Ferihegy Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Köbánya Kispest - 1,5 km (regional IC only) and Keleti pu. 6 kms.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant where you can taste Turkish and Hungarian traditional dishes, we are waiting for you from 11am till 11pm every day.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
