• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Buffet braekfats is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 half-floors. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are uniqely furnished and individually designed. The north side of the building has a view on the Szalonka Valley. These rooms have balcony from where the sunset is an unforgettable experience. As a member of the Romantik chain we are one of best in providing romantic experience.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  For the benefit of the guests the rooms are non smoking. For smokers we provide a smoking lounge.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has satellite TV with 32 channels from worldwide TVs. Our closed circuit DVD system gives you an opportunity to enjoy movies.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  You can make your private phone calls directly from your room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The building, as well as the rooms, is air-conditioned. It is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in the rooms and in the common areas. In the business center a guest computer is available with internet access and Microsoft Office. These services are all free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The indoor swimming pool and sauna is open 24 hours.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Secure parking is available and it is free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On site Thriffty Rent-A -Car is available.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Budapest Ferihegy International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We are happy to provide shuttle service from and to the airport or anywhere else.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Déli (southern) Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have sauna and massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The best of Budapest award-winning restaurant is happy to offer you the best of Italian cuisine. The Uhu cocktail bar, with the Guinness-record holder Bar tender will surprise you with the unusual Cocktail menu.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. Wi-Fi connection.
